Lea Kennedy, MA LMFTA

Individual, Couple and Family Therapist

Welcome. Transitions and change can feel overwhelming, discouraging, and even hopeless at different times in our lives. We also seek out change when we recognize and bring clarity to what and how we want to be. As your therapist, I can help support you during these scary (at times) moments.

As a therapist who works with individuals, couples and families, I work with clients who seek more fulfilling relationships and a deeper healthy connection with themselves and others. To feel more connected, we need a few things to be achieved: courage to be vulnerable, the strength and determination to be honest, open, and to get in touch with what we truly want or needs from our relationships-whether it is with ourselves or others.

Through our work together, my hope is that you will feel empowered, supported, and encouraged to achieve your goals and live the life that you want. My intention is for you to walk away from our sessions feeling hopeful about your life, more in touch with yourself, and more connected in your relationships.

Whether we are working in a couple, family, or an individual session, my therapeutic intention is to help you with your goals through the power of a therapeutic relationship. People come to therapy for many different reasons, and so shall your therapy sessions be tailored to fit your needs. I believe it’s important to find a therapist that you feel connected to, that “gets” you. To get a feel about me as your potential therapist, I invite you to explore this website.
